Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) wanted in connection with the homicide of a 47- year-old female from Reno found in the area of the underpass at the Farad exit on Interstate 80 in Nevada County, California.
On April 4, 2016 at approximately 6:20 a.m. a tow truck driver found the body of Felicia Romaine Spruwell-Jones in the above area. Authorities determined that the victim had been deceased less than 12 hours and had died from a gunshot wound. It is unclear whether the homicide was committed in Nevada or California at this time. No further information available and the investigation is on-going.
