Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the vehicle burglaries in the Hidden Valley and Mogul areas of Washoe County, NV.
The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a pair of vehicle burglaries that may have been committed by the same individual. On September 24, 2023, home surveillance video showed an individual in a red knit beanie hat with a white and black backpack open the unlocked door of a vehicle in the Hidden Valley area. The person took credit cards and cash. On September 25, 2023, home surveillance video showed a similarly dressed individual open the unlocked door of a vehicle in the Mogul area. The person also took credit cards and cash. Both incidents occurred between 1:00 a.m.-3:00 a.m. both nights.
The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.
