Two Bank Robberies

On Monday April 18, 2016, shortly after 11:00 a.m. an unidentified African-American male entered the Meadows Bank in the 6500 block of South McCarran Boulevard, near Talbot Lane in Reno, and demanded money from the teller. No weapon was seen. The teller gave the man an undisclosed amount of money and he then left the bank. He was last seen on foot headed west of the bank towards Talbot Lane. (Reno P.D. case 16-6991)

At approximately 12:42 p.m. the same suspect attempted to rob the Wells Fargo Bank located at S. Virginia and Peckham Lane in Reno. During this robbery he traded the grey sweatshirt for a black sweatshirt. (Reno P.D. case 16-6995)
