Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $5,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) wanted in connection with the homicide of a male victim found in the area of 400 Island Dr. (Barbara Bennett Park) Reno, NV.
On Monday, September 25, 2023 at about 3:30 p.m. the Reno Police Department responded to above area in regard to a shooting that had just occurred. Officers arrived on scene and located an adult male with a gunshot wound inside of a vehicle. The injured subject was transported by REMSA to a local area hospital for emergency treatment. The subject ultimately died from his injuries. At this time it appears the deceased and the suspect, or suspects, had an unresolved previous altercation that lead up to this incident. There does not appear to be a threat to the general public as this was an isolated incident between these parties. The investigation is ongoing.
