Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the hit-and-run of a pedestrian in the 2700 block of Kietzke Lane Reno, NV.
On April 15, 2026, at approximately 4:55 a.m. personnel from the Reno Police Department, Reno Fire Department, and REMSA responded to reports of a crash involving a vehicle and pedestrian in the 2700 block of Kietzke Lane. The pedestrian was not in a marked crosswalk and crossing in a low-lit area when they were struck by a vehicle traveling northbound. Medical personnel transported the pedestrian to a local hospital, but they were declared deceased shortly after arrival. The vehicle involved left the scene. Identity of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin. A possible vehicle involved is a 2008-2011, Subaru Impreza, Silver in color. The vehicle should have damage on the driver’s side headlight and missing a portion of the front, left bumper.
