Secret Witness is offering a cash reward in the amount of $250 for information leading to the arrest of a reckless motorcycle driver in Carson City, riding a white unlicensed motorcycle. On July 21 and July 29, 2026, Carson City Sheriff’s Deputies attempted to conduct traffic enforcement stops on a white motorcycle for reckless driving and operating without vehicle registration. During both separate incidents, the rider actively taunted law enforcement by rapidly accelerating away from deputies, performing wheelies, turning backward to make obscene gestures (“flipping them off”), and waving his hands to provoke a pursuit. The suspect rider then accelerated to extreme, dangerous speeds and weaved in and out of traffic. To ensure public safety and avoid a high-speed pursuit that would further endanger surrounding motorists, deputies terminated the stops.
