Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of a wanted suspect 53-year-old Jeffrey Williams who is wanted on several warrants out of Carson City, NV.
On May 17, 2025, Carson City SET Detectives learned of a location for a wanted subject, Jeffery Williams. Jeffery has 2 active Felony Warrants ( 1 Carson City Justice Court Warrant for Felony Eluding and a Parole and Probation Priority 5 Felony Warrant) as well as a Carson City Justice Court Misdemeanor Warrant for Alternative Sentencing Violation. Carson City SET and Lyon County Deputies attempted to contact Jeffery on Cemetery Road near the river. Jeffery was inside of his white GMC pickup truck and drove toward an unmarked SET patrol vehicle. Upon confirmation it was Jeffery, SET Detectives turned on their emergency lights and siren and tried to get him to stop. Instead, Jeffery erratically put his truck in reverse and sped off up a hill. Carson City SET and Lyon County Deputies pursued Jeffery as he drove erratically through the hills of Lyon County, up toward Silver City area ending toward the river near Eureka Canyon. During the Pursuit, Jeffery drove at a high rate of speed in the opposite lanes of traffic and attempted to drive his vehicle at a Lyon County Deputy. Deputies located Jeffery’s white GMC abandoned near the river and were unable to locate Jeffery. Drones were deployed from Carson City STAR as well as Lyon County Deputies with no signs of movement.
Carson City Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the suspect.
