Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects wanted for questioning relating to a vehicle burglary and fraudulent use of credit cards in the area of 5th St. and Carson River Rd. Carson City, NV.
On Friday February 1, 2019 a Carson City resident parked her vehicle at a Prison Hill trailhead in the above area. The resident went hiking on Prison Hill and when she returned to her vehicle, she discovered her vehicle had been broken in to. The victim’s credit cards were taken from the vehicle. The victim’s credit cards were used at several businesses on Topsy Lane in Douglas County. Video surveillance from the businesses shows four possible Asian male suspects using the victim’s credit cards. The suspects were driving what appeared to be a green Audi Q7 SUV, unknown license plates.
The Carson City Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects.
