Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $750.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) wanted in connection with the theft of two sheep statues from the San Rafael Regional Park Reno, NV.
The theft occurred on or about November 1, 2022 in the Nevada Farms and Families area celebrating Basque History and Heritage. The fiber glass sheep models, one of an adult and the other a lamb, are realistic representations and valued at approximately $2,000.00. The models have been on site for approximately 17 years and are not budgeted to be replaced by the County.
The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office and Park Rangers are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect(s).
