Secret Witness is offering a cash reward in the amount of $ 750 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the driver wanted in connection with a vehicle versus pedestrian hit and run traffic accident on Sunday evening, 6/27/21 in the area of Prater Way and 15th Street in Sparks.
On Sunday 6/27/2021, at approximately 8:00 p.m., two female pedestrians, in a crosswalk at Prater Way and 15th Street, were struck by a large white pickup truck. The truck then fled the area driving westbound on Prater Way, and then north on Rock Blvd. . One pedestrian sustained significant injuries to her face, and the second pedestrian had injuries to her shoulder and arm. Both injured pedestrians were transported to a local hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
The suspect vehicle appears to be a white Chevy Silverado quad cab pick-up. The vehicle has chrome running boards with a black rubber overlay on the portion under each door. The vehicle also has dark tinted windows.
