Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects wanted in connection with a shooting at a Sparks casino parking garage.
On Saturday, 5-15-21, Sparks Police Officers were conducting a check of the Nugget parking garage when they located a group of juveniles hiding behind vehicles. It was discovered that the group had been involved in a large fight and the parties had separated.
While officers were investigating the fight, Sparks Police received a call from RENOWN Emergency Department indicating that an 18 year old Sun Valley resident had been transported there by private vehicle with a gunshot wound. The wounds were serious but non life threatening.
The investigation revealed that the male transported to RENOWN was involved in the fight in the Nugget parking garage. During the fight, shots were fired and the male was struck. The Sparks Police Department released images of a white Cadillac sedan with no front license plate, believed to be the vehicle driven by the suspects in the shooting.
