Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of a fugitive suspect wanted in connection with the robbery of Paul’s Market 1550 Vance Way Sparks, NV.
On January 16, 2020 at approximately 2:42 p.m. Sparks Police Department received a call of a robbery in progress at the above address. The victim reported two males had attempted to steal items from the store. The clerk attempted to stop the theft by locking the door. One suspect remained outside and fled when the clerk attempted to stop the male stealing the items. The suspect stealing the merchandise brandished weapon and threatened the clerk. The suspect was able to get past the clerk and exit on foot. As officers arrived in the area, Washoe County School District Police (WCSDP) located the male who stole the items from the store in the area. The male was identified as Jonathan CALDERON. The other male who was acting as a lookout fled the area on foot. CALDERON was arrested for Robbery with a Deadly Weapon. SPD and WCSDP searched the area for the male who fled on foot but he was not located.
Sparks Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the second suspect.
