Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $5,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the possible suspect and a person of interest, Brent Clifford (10-28-68), wanted in connection with the homicide of a male victim 68-year-old William F. Andrews in the area of the 1300 block of Keystone Ave. Reno, NV.
On August 11th, 2024 at approximately 06:00 Reno Police Department Patrol Officers responded to the 1300 block of Keystone Ave, Reno on the report of suspicious circumstances. Officers arrived on scene and located a deceased male adult. Detectives from the Robbery Homicide Unit responded to the scene and determined that the victim had died as a result of a gunshot. The person of interest then fled in the victim’s vehicle, a 2003 Chevrolet Blazer (Red in Color) with Nevada License Plate PHF8942 (handicap plate). There is a square white sticker just to the right of the rear license plate. The Blazer was last seen westbound on Highway 70 from US 395 Hallelujah Junction. A person of interest in this case has been identified as Brent Clifford (10/28/1968), who is still outstanding. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that Brent was the last person to be seen with Patricia Portella-Wright (the missing person out of Placer County). Brent is a person of interest for Placer County regarding the disappearance of Patricia.
