Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the homicide of a male victim and the shooting of three other males in the area of 200 block of E. 2nd St. Reno, NV.
On October 2, 2011 at approximately 3:15 a.m. police officers responded to the above area on a report of a shooting. Police located 4 victims. The investigation disclosed that there had been a conflict at the Freight House District and another conflict inside the parking garage at 250 E. 2nd Street where the suspect opened fire with an assault rifle on the victims who were leaving the area in a vehicle. One victim, 28 year old Macario Ortiz, died, and three other victims were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Reno Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
