Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $2,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect(s) wanted in connection with the homicide of a 24 year old male victim, Hugo Lozano-Back Jr., in the area of Wrondell Way and Hubbard Way Reno, NV.
On May 4, 2017 at approximately 4:35 p.m. officers responded to the above area on a report of several shots fired. Upon arrival officers located the victim of a gunshot wound lying partially in the intersection. The victim was transported to a local hospital ultimately succumbed to his injuries. Witnesses are believed to have been present in the area due to the time of day and location. The investigation is on-going.
