Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the hit and run resulting in injuries in the area of Vassar and Kietzke Reno, NV.
On Monday June 14, 2021 at approximately 1:17 a.m. Reno Fire, REMSA and Reno Police Officers responded to the area of Vassar and Kietzke on the report of a two-vehicle crash. Upon arrival they located one of involved vehicles pushed off the roadway with two occupants trapped inside and who needed to be extricated. The occupants were freed and transported to the hospital where it was determined both had substantial injuries. The driver of the other vehicle fled the scene prior to police arrival. Speed appears to be a factor in this case. The Reno Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team responded to investigate the crash. Detectives are still looking for witnesses to the crash.
