Secret Witness is offering a reward, the amount to be determined, for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the hit and run of a juvenile victim in the area of Mae Anne and Ambassador Dr. Reno, NV.
On February 24, 2020 at approximately 2:20 p.m. Reno Police Officers responded to a crash involving a juvenile bicycle rider and a vehicle near Mae Anne Ave and Ambassador Dr. Officers learned that the juvenile was riding southbound on Ambassador Dr. in the crosswalk. The suspect vehicle, which appears to be a 2007-2014 black or dark color GMC Yukon, was eastbound on Mae Anne Ave when the driver struck the juvenile. The juvenile sustained minor injuries, but was transported to an area hospital for precautions. The driver of the vehicle did not remain on scene.
Reno Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.
