Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the hit and run of a pedestrian in the area of Pyramid Way near Burgess Park Sparks, NV.
On July 18, 2018 at approximately 1:15 p.m. a pedestrian was struck as they were crossing Pyramid Way near Burgess Park. The vehicle fled southbound on Pyramid after striking the pedestrian. The suspect vehicle is a late model white Dodge Challenger with decals bordering the rear window and on the left rear window. The Dodge had a silver gas cap cover and unknown license plates. The vehicle had damage to the windshield on the passenger side and front left fender. The driver was described as a black male adult in his late 20’s, approximately 5‘11” tall, with a thin build. He had distinctive shoulder length bleached dreadlocks and a mustache, beard, or goatee. The pedestrian suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Sparks Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.
