Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $1,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the hit and run fatality of a pedestrian on Kietzke Lane north of Gentry Way Reno, NV.
On October 7, 2023 at 7:44 p.m. personnel from the Reno Police Department, Reno Fire Department and REMSA responded on a report of a vehicle versus pedestrian crash on Kietzke Lane North of Gentry Way. The pedestrian was transported to a nearby hospital, however succumbed to injuries shortly thereafter. The Reno Police Department M.A.I.T. (Major Accident Investigation Team) handled the investigation. The pedestrian was not in a marked crosswalk. The involved vehicle fled the scene, however several witnesses remained on site. The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
