Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the open and gross lewdness of female victim in the area of the 100 block of Los Altos Pkwy. Sparks, NV.
On December 6, 2017 at approximately 3:30 p.m. a female was in the above area when she noticed a black male adult with his pants down, exposing himself in front of the victim. The male suspect then fled the area. Patrol officers responded and could not locate the suspect. The black male suspect is described as being approx. 6 feet tall, with a thin build, wearing a gray sweatshirt and gray beanie.
Sparks Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.
