Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects wanted in connection with the attempted robbery/car-jacking of a female victim in the area of Greg St. and Spice Island Dr. Sparks, NV.
On February 24, 2016 at approximately 4:30 p.m. Sparks Police Officers responded to the above area on a report of a vehicle theft. The victim was driving north on Spice Island Dr. when she was struck from behind by another vehicle. The victim got out to check the damage. The suspect driver did not exit her vehicle. When the victim turned around a male suspect was in her vehicle demanding her money and going through her wallet. The suspect returned the wallet and fled the scene in the victim’s vehicle. There was no money loss. The suspect vehicle is described as an early 1990’s dark green Chevrolet or GMC Yukon model. The suspect driver is described as a white female adult, in her 30’s with blonde hair. The male suspect is described as a white male adult in his 30’s, with a bald or shaved head, a tattoo on the left side of his head near his ear, and a full sleeve of tattoos on his arms. A third vehicle stopped behind the suspect vehicle was driven by a white male adult in his 20’s was described as a black 1990’s GMC or Chevrolet Blazer.
Sparks Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects.
