Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the grand larceny theft of merchandise from Ulta Cosmetics 177 Los Altos Pkwy Sparks, NV.
On February 10, 2017 at approximately 5:30 p.m. the suspect entered the business selected items valued at $1,300.00 and left the store. The suspect is described as a white or light skinned Hispanic male adult, early 30’s, slim build, approximately 5’2” tall, 100 pounds, shoulder length hair and a scar or tattoo on the left side of her chest. The second suspect is described as a black female adult who left the area driving a black 2000 to 2005 Toyota 4 Runner with unknown plates. The Sparks Police Department has surveillance photos of the suspect which we were unable to download.
