Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $750.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of NORMAN SMITHART wanted in connection with the charges including Domestic Battery with the use of a Deadly weapon.
On January 5, 2016 at approximately 11:00 a.m. Washoe County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a domestic violence incident in the Spanish Springs area. The suspect had fled the scene when deputies arrived. The suspect is described as Norman Smithart, a white male adult, DOB 8/22/73, approximately 5’10” tall, 160 pounds. A warrant has been issued for Domestic Battery with use of a deadly weapon.
The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the suspect.
