Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of a wanted fugitive JOSEPH QUINONES d.o.b. 10/21/93 who is wanted by the Reno Police Department on multiple charges.
While on surveillance officers heard two gun shots and observed a fleeing vehicle. The occupants of the vehicle were the victims of the shooting. They stated that Joseph Quinones approached the victim’s vehicle, drew a handgun, and pointed it at the occupants while demanding the vehicle. The victim’s refused and backed away while Quinones fired two rounds striking the vehicle once. Quinones immediately fled after the shooting in a black two door sedan and is currently a fugitive.
Reno Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the suspect.
