The Northern Nevada Repeat Offender Program is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a wanted subject. David Paley has an active felony warrant for the following charges:
Failure to Appear on a Grand Theft Auto charge
David Paley is 47 years old 5’11” 200 lbs.
