Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $500.00 for information leading to the arrest of fugitive Cecilia Garcia wanted in connection with grand larceny exploitation of a vehicle in Carson City, NV.
The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is seeking information to locate a wanted person for grand larceny of a motor vehicle. In May 2024, Cecilia Garcia befriended and exploited an 86-year-old male Carson City victim. An arrest warrant was issued for Cecilia for grand larceny of the victim’s motor vehicle. The victim’s truck was recovered on Monday, July 15, 202 near Keystone Avenue in Reno. The truck was severely damaged and inoperable. The victim said his truck was his only means of transportation, which he used to get firewood to heat his home. Carson City Sheriff’s Detectives believe Cecilia is in the Keystone or downtown Reno areas. Cecilia is 45 years old, 5’06, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Cecilia has tattoos on her neck.
