Secret Witness is offering a cash reward in the amount of $250 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects involved in the theft, and subsequent use of a stolen credit card in July 2018.
The credit card was stolen from a purse in Rancho San Rafael Regional Park in late July. Later that day, the card was used by an unidentified Caucasian woman with bleached white hair, and wearing white clothing, to make a high dollar purchase from the Apple Store in the Summit Mall.
