Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the BDW shooting at a couple in the Moon Ridge Terrace area of Reno, NV.
On Wednesday October 31, 2018 at 7:45 p.m. the Reno Police Department received a call from a citizen stating that a shot had been fired in the 6300 block of Moon Ridge Terrace. Initial investigation revealed that the suspect had been driving recklessly through the neighborhood while children were trick-or-treating. A couple confronted the driver who then brandished a firearm and fired a single shot toward the couple. The suspect then sped away from the area. When officers arrived they located a single shell casing in the roadway. No injuries were reported by the couple or any of the neighbors. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult in his 20’s, heavy set, driving a 2004 to 2006 grey Dodge 1500 pickup.
Reno Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.
