Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $1,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the attempted sexual assault and BDW of a female victim in the 14oo block of N. Virginia St. Reno, NV.
On January 16, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. an unidentified man entered a home in the above area across from the University Of Nevada Reno Campus. Once inside he physically attacked the adult female victim with a knife and attempted to sexually assault her. The victim was treated at a local hospital for several lacerations as a result of the attack. The suspect is described as a possible Asian or Hispanic male adult, 20-30 years of age, approximately 5’3” to 5’4” tall, with an athletic build, wearing blue jeans and a long sleeved blue checkered/collared shirt. He has short dark hair and a rectangular shaped tattoo on his right wrist. A sketch of the suspect is available from the Reno Police Department.
