Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $1,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects wanted in connection with the attempted robbery and BDW shooting of a male victim in the area of the 399 Coney Island Dr. Sparks, NV.
On May 4, 2016 at approximately 10:26 p.m. officers were flagged down in the area of the 1600 block of Greg St. by a victim who had sustained a gunshot wound. The investigation disclosed that the victim was in the Coney Island Dr. area when he was approached by two suspects who demanded all of the victim’s property. One of the suspects shot the victim in the leg during the confrontation. The victim was transported to RENOWN Medical Center for treatment of non-life threatening gunshot wound. The shooting suspect is described as an unknown race male wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and light colored shoes. The second suspect is described only as an unknown race male.
Sparks Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects.
