Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of 250.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects wanted in connection with the attempted passing of counterfeit U. S. Currency at Carson Vape Store 1949 N. Carson St. Carson City NV.
On January 31, 2022, Deputies responded to Carson Vape Store for a report of two male suspects passing counterfeit money. Detectives obtained video surveillance and it showed two male suspects entering the store making purchases with counterfeit bills. The first male had red hair and was wearing a black and grey style letterman jacket with red writing on the back and white skulls on the front, blue jeans and a medical grade face mask. The second male suspect was wearing a white hoodie sweatshirt with Reebok on the front, bandana and black sweatpants. Both males were traveling together in a dark colored sedan.
The Carson City Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.
