Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $1,500.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspects wanted in connection with the armed robbery of the Rainbow Market 4600 block of Sun Valley Blvd. Sun Valley, NV.
On Wednesday October 25, 2017 at approximately 1:00 a.m. deputies responded to the above address on a report of an armed robbery in progress. Deputies arrived within minutes and learned that two suspects had just fled the market with an undetermined amount of cash and merchandise. Both suspects are described as white males, approximately 6’ tall with thin builds. Both suspects were wearing jeans. One suspect was wearing a gray sweatshirt with “UNLV” in red lettering and had gloves on. The second suspect was wearing a black hoodie and had distinctive red tennis shoes with three white stripes on the side. One suspect was armed with a handgun, the second with a machete. A possible suspect vehicle has been described as a white passenger car with the driver’s side headlight out.
Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects.
