On January 26, 2026, at approximately 6:59 a.m., Sparks Police patrol officers were dispatched to the area of Dearborn Dr. and Elk Falls Way on the report of gun shots heard in the area. As of now, there are no victims of a shooting that have been reported. Officers were able to locate spent cartridge casings in the area of Alamere Falls Way and Rolling Meadows Dr. The vehicle attached had some involvement and Sparks Police need your help to identify the vehicle and driver.
