Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $1,000.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the hit-and-run of a juvenile in the area of Rock Blvd. and I St. Sparks, NV.
On January 13, 2026, at approximately 2:41 p.m. Sparks Police patrol officers were dispatched to the area of Rock Bld. and I St in reference to a vehicle versus pedestrian crash. Preliminary investigation indicated that a vehicle traveling southbound on Rock Bld. struck a juvenile on an electric scooter who was crossing the road. The juvenile sustained serious injuries. The involved vehicle fled southbound on Rock Bld. and is described as a black SUV, similar in appearance to a Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon, or Chevrolet Tahoe. Additionally, the vehicle has dark tinted windows and visible front-end damage.
Sparks Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect.
