Secret Witness is offering a reward, the amount to be determined, for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of Brian Forest for eluding and an outstanding DUI warrant.
On January 28, 2019 at approximately 4:25 p.m. a Sparks Police detective was traveling northbound on Sparks Blvd approaching Ion Drive. The detective observed the driver of the vehicle next to him in a white GMC Trail Blazer (NV 204F78) smoking narcotics while driving. The detective initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as Brian Forest. Shortly after the initial stop, while the detective was standing next to the driver’s door, Forest sped off. Forest traveled northbound onto Pyramid Highway from Sparks Blvd, and began driving on the shoulder at high speeds. The detective quickly terminated the pursuit due to the erratic driving of Forest. Forest has an active warrant for a prior DUI offense
