Secret Witness is offering a reward in the amount of $750.00 for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect wanted in connection with the prowling/burglary of a residences in a northeast neighborhood of Reno, NV.
A prowler/burglar continues to stalk a northeast Reno neighborhood and putting residents on guard. The sightings began two weeks ago with reports of a man peering through the bedroom windows of two teenage girls. In one instance, instead of fleeing when seen, the suspect moved closer motioning the girl to remain quiet. Instead, she slammed the window shut and screamed for her mother. Both girls described the suspect as the same tall, thin man. The sightings have continued sporadically in the same neighborhood some caught on a backyard security camera. The intruder seen in the video is well aware of the cameras presence and tried to put it out of commission by dumping a bucket of water on it. In some videos the suspect repeatedly visited the back windows of one home trying to cut the screen. The suspect broke into one home and was roaming around the residence with a flash light when a neighbor called police. The owner was not at home at the time and the suspect fled before police arrived.
